When sightseeing at The Bund along the Huangpu River, we found it interesting that the Chinese tourists, such as the two young women in the above picture, wanted to chat with us in English, and also wanted to have their pictures taken with us.

Oh, my! The idea of this man working in the midst of all those live wires made both of us break out in a sweat (and it was 45 degrees outside)!

Lots of bicycles, motorized and "regular," ridden by all ages, men and women!
